Ever since 2000, our Chef Tanguy Loisel has been exploring concoctions in his lab to think up new flavours which will awaken our taste buds.
By working alongside our local producers, the Chef uses Normandy produce wherever possible: both from the sea and the countryside. In his kitchen, the Chef reinvents French classic cuisine and cultivates the art of producing ice cream for subtle and surprising marriages of flavours on your pallet. The foie gras and ice cream compositions are delicious, and the plate of sweet deserts (available both hot and cold), are a sheer delight to enjoy.
Each creation should be savoured first by sight and then by scent before tantalising your pallet which will be enchanted by such delights.
